You'll find yourself right on Marin lake, near Soustons beach, and in the perfect location to explore Landes. Your group will love Soustons and all that it has to offer, including swimming, windsurfing, biking, and mini-golfing. If that's not enough to get you longing for this coastal paradise, then you need to try the local cuisine; oysters, mussels, pipérade basque, l'ouillade, goat's cheese, and of course, the incredible wine, Armagnac, and Cognac! Return to your cozy apartment and enjoy the calming park view or relax in the shared outdoor pool. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 2 Single Beds. There is an additional SLEEPING AREA with 1 Bunk Bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens for free.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a shower and a separate WC. We provide you with towels! Keep your clothes clean using the on-site laundry machines that are available for an additional charge.

After exploring the city, retreat to our charming LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy the fresh air on the private balcony or terrace.
