Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. The view was fabulous. It was nice having the many amenities available at the complex.The grills for guests to use were very clean.The property is a little outdated and could use a freshening up, but overall it was comfortable and spacious enough for a group of 4 adults.It was understood by the listing that post-covid, there wouldn't really be anything in the kitchen other than dishes and cookware, which is fine since we usually buy our own spices and pantry items.I was wishing there would have been foil, plastic wrap and those sorts of products available as have always been in every rental I've ever stayed at.But overall, it was a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed the location and amenities at this condo. It had plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to access. The condo and the complex were well maintained and clean. We used the provided beach supplies and the on-site restaurant has very tasty food. We would stay here again.

This property is older and it shows. Unit 336 has had kitchen and baths updated, but the beds in the 2nd bedroom are old and hard. The couch is ancient and you sink to the springs. The bath amenities are miniscule, watery liquid soap at the sinks and one quarter size soap, and this was for 4 days. One mini shampoo, no lotion or anything else. The biggest issue though is the unrelenting wind noise that has a constant whirling sound despite closed windows.
