Unique Designer Chalet with Norwegian Hot Tub • Mountain Views • 2 Ensuite Bedrooms
(Please note: The chalet is pet-free and non-smoking)

Escape to a truly one-of-a-kind mountain retreat. Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Les Maisonnettes, just 7 minutes from Bourg-Saint-Maurice, our beautifully restored three-storey chalet combines authentic Alpine character with modern comfort.

Filled with carefully selected antiques, vintage pieces and unique décor, this is far more than a typical ski chalet. Every room has its own personality, creating a warm, elegant and unforgettable atmosphere while offering all the comforts you expect for a relaxing stay.

Completely independent from our large barn, the chalet has its own private entrance, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy while taking in spectacular views of Les Arcs, Bourg-Saint-Maurice and the surrounding mountains.

Relax All Year Round

After a day skiing, hiking or cycling, unwind in your traditional wood-fired Norwegian hot tub, available all year round. Whether it's snowing in winter or you're enjoying a summer sunset, it's one of the highlights of staying here.

A wood-burning fire in the living room creates the perfect cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings.

To help you settle in, we provide enough firewood for your first few days for both the wood-burning fire and the hot tub. Additional wood can easily be purchased from nearby supermarkets if needed.

Outside you'll also find:

Perfect location

Surrounded by nature in a tiny hamlet of only seven houses, the chalet is wonderfully peaceful while remaining close to some of the best skiing in the Alps.

Driving times:

8 minutes to Bourg-Saint-Maurice
12 minutes to the Les Arcs Funicular
Easy access to Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isère, La Rosière and Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise

In summer, you're perfectly located for hiking, mountain biking and exploring famous trails including Les 5 Lacs and sections of the Tour du Mont Blanc.

Parking

Private parking is available within our small hamlet.

During winter, snow tyres or chains are mandatory in accordance with French regulations.

Families

Children are very welcome.

However, because this is an authentic 19th-century chalet, the original staircases are very steep. While this is part of the chalet's unique charm, it unfortunately makes it unsuitable for toddlers or very young children, and it may not be appropriate for guests with reduced mobility.

No Pets:
To help maintain the chalet for all our guests, pets are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding.

A Stay Unlike Any Other

This is not a standard holiday rental. It is a chalet full of history, personality and carefully curated design—where antique furniture, vintage treasures and modern comforts come together to create a warm and memorable mountain retreat.

Whether you're visiting for world-class skiing, hiking, cycling or simply to disconnect and relax in the hot tub while admiring the mountains, we hope you'll fall in love with this special place just as we have.

We look forward to welcoming you to Les Maisonnettes.
