Property was very clean. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and visit. Some of the lights had no light bulbs in them. The bedroom upstairs only had nightstand lamps, no overhead light, just a ceiling fan. When we arrived, the door to the downstairs rooms that has a lock box to enter but it was slightly opened and damaged. We tried to send pics of damage, but was unsuccessful. Overall review, 9 out of 10........

The house was very nice, clean, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

The host was very communicative during book, before, during and after our stay. The house was clean and spacious, but in need of some updates: fixtures, carpet, faucets, living room furniture. Having 3 bedrooms with queen or king beds and 3 bathrooms was awesome. Beds were comfy, linens on par with a rental or hotel. The couches were not comfortable at all and a lot of locked doors/rooms (more than a usual rental) that left you wondering why so many were inaccessible. We would probably spend more and stay somewhere else in the future based on location, no comfy lounging areas and outdated feel of the home. If the home was updated and had comfortable furniture - we would stay again.

This was a great property that met all that we were looking for. Great communication from the host and would highly recommend.
