Outside, a shaded terrace is perfect for meals, alongside a pool, all secluded without vis-à-vis in a low-traffic avenue.
Inside, the meticulously crafted house over three floors offers:
Ground Floor:
- A dreamy living room with sofas, rattan armchair, TVs, and plush cushions.
- A fully equipped open kitchen.
- A dining area opening directly onto the terrace, ideal for the warmer months.
Upper Floor:
- Two bedrooms with double beds, storage, and TVs, overlooking the pool.
- A shower room with shared toilet for both bedrooms.
- A master bedroom with private terrace, ample natural light, TV, and a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and double sink.
- A dressing room/laundry accessible to all guests.
Lower Floor:
- A first bedroom with double bed, TV, and storage, with a private entrance.
- A second bedroom with double bed, TV, and storage.
- A shower room with shared toilet for both bedrooms.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access the property within 6 minutes by car, 11 minutes by bus, or a 20-minute walk from Cannes train station. A 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

Very well equiped and perfectly placed house, with plunge pool.

This was the perfect house for 7 of us visiting Cannes to attend the Cannes Film Festival! With three different levels in the home and a bathroom on each, it felt very spacious. We particularly loved the outdoor area with a covered patio, plenty of seating, and heated pool. When we weren't downtown, which is only a 20 minute walk, we would soak in the pool and enjoy the privacy of the courtyard. Very quiet neighborhood and the house it tastefully decorated. The Serrendy team was quick to communicate and answered any questions we had. Would love to stay at the home again!
