Great apartment in an old home. Old southern charm in this unit. Great communication with owner throughout the process. More than enough parking and a nice neighborhood. Close to dining options.

The home had old home charm (1920 build). Lovely floors, use of space. The stove burners weren't even and could cause problems trying to make a bigger meal. You did hear alot of noise with the air conditioning. The bedroom lighting was dim. Make sure you check to be sure t he fridge is set high (4 -not 1) Place was clean , convienent parking and well worth the price.
