The wrap around lanai is a perfect place to relax with coffee watching whales, dolphins and amazing sunsets!! This condo is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean front condo on the top floor. It has new furniture, beds, bedding and more! The building has an evaporative cooling system central to the building as well as an elevator. (The condo is oceanfront so it all the way to the back of the building with some steps along the way after getting off of the elevator. So probably not a great fit for people with physical disabilities). The master bedroom has an ocean view and King sized bed. Master bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanities and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has an ocean view, queen bed. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. Large smart TV in the living area. Property amenities include salt water pool on the ocean (although extremely rare, if surf is very high may be unusable), a fresh water pool, barbecues for your use as well as a common area to sit for dinner. A beach area with lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean.Due to the nature of the lanai probably not suitable for children under 10.

This is our third visit to this property and it is the best of all the places we have stayed in 50 years of visiting the islands. The accommodations are excellent and the view from the Lanai is wonderful. Everything is upgraded in the condo and our hosts Dave and Erica have been excellent. We will be back next year

Casa was absolutely perfect. I was very satisfied with the entire stay. I was impressed with the detail of everything provided for our stay. We have stayed at Casa many times. Always wanted this unit. It lived up to every expectation. Enjoyed relaxing time and celebrating our 50th Anniversary. MAHALO…….

This place was just as described PLUS comfortable and conveniently located. The views were AMAZING as were the gardens around the complex. The condo had every amenity that we needed for our too quick of trip. Thank you to Errica and Dave for sharing this lovely space!!!

Very nice accommodations, really everything you need but a teapot. Beautiful remodel, Lots of everything. Check the supplies before you head to the store. Plenty of nice large towels and lots of beach towels that wrap all around you. I would love a nice screen door so I could see the left side of the water and enjoy the breeze an open door would provide, but we are on the ocean so probably would rust. The only thing I would mention is this unit is on the ocean end and the lanai is amazing and the furniture is super well made and comfy but the way Casa is general is designed, it steps down 4-5 steps with every section of the buildings, so although there is an elevator only the units near the street side are actually wheelchair friendly. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home! Also, found the Cart in the master closet as we were checking out! You will want to use that for bringing your initial groceries in.
