Step into the spacious living room, where elegant furnishings and a large flat-screen TV invite you to unwind and relax while gazing out at the stunning golf course and serene lake. Adjacent to the living room, the charming dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for intimate meals or a fun game of cards. The built-in workspace ensures you can seamlessly blend leisure and productivity. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, gleaming granite countertops, and abundant cabinet space, transforms meal preparation into a delightful experience.
Outside on the private patio, enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course and lake and don't miss the nightly star show in the sky! This outdoor sanctuary includes a dining table and a BBQ grill, ideal for al fresco dining or savoring a glass of wine as you unwind in the evening.
Retreat upstairs to the master suite, a haven of tranquility with a private balcony, a flat-screen Smart TV, a plush king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom adorned with a tiled walk-in shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom also upstairs features a queen-size bed, a flat screen Smart TV and ample closet space, as well as a private en-suite bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom is furnished with two double beds just perfect for guests or children, and its own en-suite bathroom with combination bathtub/shower.

A 6 minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool, nestled among the beautiful oak streets is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road! This beautiful villa overlooks the Little Sandy course which is a short course featuring 10 holes around Red Maple Lake.

This property was excellent for our family. It was very clean & the three bedrooms each had adjoining bathrooms.The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had and we really appreciated that as we cook a lot when we stay for an extended amount of time. The room had a Pac-Man arcade game that had multiple games from the 80s and my granddaughter loved playing those old games and mastered a couple of them.The host was the best we’ve experienced so far. When we reached out for any reason, there was always someone responding within minutes. The pool was great, but very shaded & it could be quite cold when cloudy, but that only seems to bother adults . The beach was in easy walking distance and was not overly crowded. I highly recommend this rental.

We just returned from a peaceful getaway at this perfect vacation rental. Tucked along the golf course, it offered privacy while still being close to the pool & beach. It was perfect for our family of six with our grown children. Very relaxing & comfortable. We already can’t wait for a return trip.

This has been one of our favorite properties to date. This unit was exactly as described and better. One of the best equipped units we’ve stayed in. There was nothing extra we needed. Management was great to work with and checked in with us. Check-in and check out were seamless.

We loved our stay on Amelia island!! We celebrated my mothers 80th birthday and it was perfect!!
The home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a wonderful view of the golf course and just a short walk to the beach!!
Communication from the owners during our stay checking on us was also great!
We plan to visit again soon and would highly recommend this beautiful home!
