The master bedroom and one other bedroom each feature king beds. Two bedrooms feature two queen beds in each and their own bathrooms. A fifth bedroom has two double over queen bunk beds. This home is nestled on a private cul-de-sac minutes from world class golf at Troon North, Grayhawk, the Boulders and TPC Scottsdale (home of the Phoenix Open).

A beautiful trail head featuring trail walking, biking and jogging is less than one mile from the front door.

This home is ideal for 2+ foursomes of golfers or families.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)
