If you are looking for a perfect getaway in paradise, Kauhale Makai 633 is it! The first thing you see when you arrive is a unobstructed view of the ocean from this TOP Floor condo. Just sit back and take in the endless Pacific Ocean, turtles, dolphins, whales, wind surfers, kite surfers and other ocean activities right from your lanai. Miles and miles of sandy beach for walking and beach combing directly in front of your condo.
Enjoy amenities of this lovely condo such as Central AC, Kauhale Makai is one of the few resorts with high quality central air conditioning. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and kitchen/dining area to help you stay cool. While staying with us you will be able to enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, combination range/oven, large microwave, full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher. Cabinets are stocked with a full range of dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, rice/steamer, and dinnerware. The bedrooms are located on either side of the condo allowing for a nice separation of space. There is a king size bed in master bedroom with its own sliding door to the lanai, you can lay in bed and watch the whales or windsurfers. Master bedroom has its own bathroom, makeup and shower area. The 2nd bedroom has queen size bed with its own bathroom as well. The living room sofa converts to a queen size bed.
Kauhale Makai (Hawaiian for Village by the Sea) amenities include beautiful manicured garden-like grounds, adult and children’s pool, shuffle board, putting green, well-maintained outdoor BBQ grills, coin-operated laundry facilities, elevator. The central location offers convenient access to all Maui attractions, shopping, supermarkets and transportation.
We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella and a cooler, so you are beach ready!
We provide adequate starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. for all bookings.

This property is perfect for a small family. The beach is a short walk across the lawn for morning & evening walks. The condo is a short drive to the local flea market, church, restaurants & beach activities. Property management is very responsive to any needs that may arise.

We had an amazing stay ! We travelled with a 4 month old baby and its super clean and close by to all the shopping and beaches .. lots of parking and checkin process is super simple .. Property manager is very responsive and kond in helping us with a ton of questions about the area .. we would stay in this property when we visit again and recommend

I organized a surprise trip for my husband's 70th birthday - with many friends joining us. I needed to secure several condos for our friends and the dates we asked for was March 30th to April 6th. We flew out the 6th and since we were not flying until later in the evening I emailed and asked for a noon check out rather than 10am. I got a response saying that we had all of these rooms until the 7th. Do we get a refund for one night? It is not what we asked for or were expecting.Besides that, our trip was magical and the accomodations were fine.Also, one of our parties was staying far away from us and Carolyn was short and rude to both me and our friends who were staying a ways away.

The apartment has a good view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We could hear the sounds of the ocean from our balcony. The apartment location was fairly quiet. My husband and I shared the apartment with another couple and the separation of the two bedrooms provided privacy. The office staff in the reception office downstairs are very welcoming and helpful. The grounds are well kept. Overall, this apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay!
