- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM with double bed, closet, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- BALCONY furnished with table and chairs (accessible ONLY from the living room).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Cribs and baby beds available upon request and subject to availability.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (EUR 2 per person per night for the first 15 consecutive nights, as required by the municipality of Palau. Children under 14 are exempt).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
