Luxurious 3-rooms apartment of 65 sqm. with a 20 sqm terrace, at only a few minutes from the beach, located on the first line of the main quay of La Grande Motte, in the harbour district (sleeps 4/5 persons).
High standard apartment with open plan kitchen and living room (30 sqm), 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, 20 sqm. terrace with barbecue, new upscale kitchen appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, ovens, ceramic hob, LCD screen etc.), and safe private parking. It is close to all shops.
La Grande Motte is located between Nimes and Montpellier; this proximity is favourable for cultural tourism (visits of the natural and historic sites).
Weekly, long weekends and nightly rentals.

We stayed for a week in this apartment - you won't find a better view or central location - the flat is well apportioned with 2 bedrooms and contains air conditioning in both the lounge and main bedroom.
Plenty of restaurants within easy reach, baker and small supermarket within the town
Large hypermarkets with cheap petrol within reach and an excellent base for exploring a lovely part of France
The owner Patrick is very amenable and easy to deal with but doesn't really speak English and can be difficult to contact by email - best to phone but prepare to communicate in his native tongue
A great surprise and will be back in the future

Another great stay at this apartment! Clean, well equipped and perfect location for us. Unfortunately we didnt have the nice weather to make the most of the balcony but still a great view to wake up to, overlooking the mariner.

We received a warm welcome to the apartment, which was perfect for our stay, in terms of facilities and location. We were a group of 5 friends, although the apartment may be more comfortable for 4 adults. Everything was clean and to a good standard - we're looking forward to returning to this apartment again!
