You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 8 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5,000 sqm open, enclosed waterside and forest plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same plot. This is a place listed under the protection of rural heritage, and therefore the entire place is not asphalted. The River Mirna flows through the village. Its small waterfalls deepen the stones and form kettle-shaped holes in the rock, hence the village name “Kotli” (kettles). Access is via a side road (asphalt, rubble or gravel).
