The detached holiday home is modern and functional in its furnishings. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room as intersecting room, 25 sqm, not heatable and with 2 additional beds and dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Kitchen as intersecting room, 10 sqm, not heatable and with induction cooker (3 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine. Bathroom 10 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
