BRAND NEW LISTING with access to our very own PoolClub with the gated community. 3 bedroom/4 beds, 1 bathroom, Sleeps 6. First floor, two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. There is 1 full bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower. Second floor loft with two full beds. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully stocked chef`s kitchen. Screened in first floor balcony to enjoy the sunsets and bay view without the bugs.
We offer 1 inclusive roundtrip speed boat shuttle experience to Mistico Beach Club for each group staying a minimum of three nights. Upon arrival, each guest shall receive an exclusive complimentary drink and 15% Food and Beverage discount as a warm welcome at Mistico Beach Club. Enjoy the exclusivity and convenience of departing and returning to the Mahogany Bay Village Marina with our dedicated shuttle service.

You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

Overall the property was really nice! It was comfortable and clean...the washer/dryer was a big plus due to beach trips and all of the sand tracked in on shoes, clothes, etc. I reall only had two comments for future renters....1. Ask if your rental is near any new construction as we were right next to it and that was a drawback for us; however I do understand that is temporary. 2. There is a tv in the residence, however, we were not able to log into any of our tv platforms due to being in another country so there's that.
Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we took two trips over to Caye Caulker and the process and trips were seamless!
Lastly, if you want to take a snorkeling trip...check out EZ Boy Tours in Caye Caulker and ask for Alex- fantastic tour guide!!
