This brand new luxury penthouse is blocks away from shopping and restaurants. It's nestled in the heart of Edgewater and is a short drive to South Beach. It has everything you need in the place everyone wants to be.
LOCATION: The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from South Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants at your doorstep.
BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 air mattress.

- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Queen Air Mattress (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided.
BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and a hairdryer.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (100-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6 and the kitchen bar has seating for 2, a dining table with sating for four, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
PARKING: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space (complimentary), additional metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

We rented this unit looking for the convenience of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms since we wanted privacy for my husband and I, as well as my son and his girlfriend. In addition to the location, just minutes from the Miami airport, Miami Beach, and the cruise ship terminal, as well as restaurants and other attractions, it turned out to be an excellent decision. Our host, John, was in constant communication throughout the entire process. The unit is super clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a perfect stay. The furniture and appliances are all in perfect condition and comfortable; it shows that the owner takes the maintenance of the unit seriously. The unit comes with included parking. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver after a week on a cruise. The Wyndwood and Midtown areas are also within walking distance.
