Great house. Location was excellent to a lot of things. Matt was a very responsive host. Everything went off as we had hoped. We’d like to stay there again.

The house was as described- beds were comfortable and the house was in a good area, close to downtown.

The size and layout of the house was perfect for our group. For the most part it was well stocked. There were no dish cloths (so I bought some) and only one tea towel. The frying pans were rusty, dirty and old (so I bought some) On the first day, some water was spilled on the floor so I wiped it with paper towel and the paper was filthy! At a quick glance, the house looked clean but was very dirty! I had 4 of my young grandchildren there aged 3 and under, we needed to clean the bathtub before bathing them! The bedding and linen was cheap and old! I’d say this house would be great for a group of guys in a golf trip who don’t mind the lack of cleanliness and plan on eating out or ordering in!
