Experience the convenience of living in the heart of the Emerald City, where you can easily walk to light rail, buses, and the best dining/nightlife Seattle has to offer. Close to all the action but far enough to be quiet and relaxing! No car needed here!
This townhome is 972 SF with a expansive rooftop overseeing beautiful Downtown Seattle Skyline, Space Needle, and Lake Union views.
Neighborhood description
There's no better location to be right in the action than in Cap Hill. Everything you want in Seattle is within walking distance. The light rail station is just 1/2 mile away and will take you from the Airport all the way to the University of Washington.
This is the perfect location close enough to the Seattle nightlife, but far enough to where it’s a relaxing oasis!
Cap Hill is known for the Seattle nightlife, bars, clubs, and some of the best Seattle restaurants in the area. During the day time, you can find laid-back coffee shops to just spend your sunny Seattle summers or cozy Seattle rainy winters.
Getting around
We do not have off street parking and finding street parking may be difficult at night. Guest parking permits are provided that allow parking at zone 4 restricted parking zones without restrictions. It’s recommended to take the light rail from the airport to Capitol Hill Station.

Great location. Close to public transportation which was good considering parking is at a premium near the property. Overall great experience.

The host was very responsive to questions and quite helpful. The house was very very clean and had everything we needed. The entrance was tricky to find the first time. Just look for the signs and it will be clear. We loved the roof deck!

Great location, so much around and close to the light rail station too. Quiet, clean home with plenty of space. Great view from the rooftop too. Hosts are nice and respond quickly. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Seattle.
