Front door won't close from outside without difficulty. Neither bathrooms drain properly resulting in flooding in master bath and water backup in the other. Sharp pieces of metal on back storm door that resulted in a cut hand.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Coquina! It was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. Lovely decor, cozy, and comfortable. Steps to the ocean was a plus! Our host was great and gave us all the information we needed. All 3 couples had a great time!

Location is amazing. Close enough to walk to restaurants if you don’t mind a little exercise. The ocean is less than a minute from the front door. Private street. We were looking for shark teeth fossils and fishing within 2 minutes of our arrival. The house is immaculate. Everything is updated with luxury and functionality. I would like to rebook today. And head back tomorrow.
