This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

This is our first time over on the Wailea side as our rental and it was great. The unit had everything we needed and wasn’t lacking for anything. It was very clean and be located. Too many great beaches. The complex was also very well kept including the pool which was beautiful. We will definitely be returning.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and great kitchen. We did not use the Murphy bed, but the condo would be great for 4 people. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook. Check in was very easy. Great condo and would definitely stay again!

This condo did not disappoint! This is our 3rd stay at the Palms, and this unit is our favorite. Fully stocked kitchen, everything was very clean and organized, and the host provided great amenities. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We will certainly select this unit again when we return to Maui!

tastefully remodeled, very clean unit in a quiet location at Palms Wailea. Every detail was considered by the hosts for a great stay. Definitely would book this unit again
