The house was nicely laid out and very well equipped. The bath sheets were much appreciated. I appreciated the quality of the frying pans, pots and pans so much so that I purchased a set for our own home.
Instructions for use of the washer and dryer should be included. We had difficulties operating the tv’s (two of the remotes needed new batteries).
Anyone would find the property more than just (comfortable.”)

Great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Internet is VERY slow and needs constant rebooting. Management very helpful

This was a great place to stay for our first time in Cape Coral for a whole month. The house was very spacious and the layout worked well when our family visited. The location was great, we were walking distance to eating and shopping. The neighborhood was very quiet. The internet was slow, but heard they are going to update. It is already booked for next year, otherwise we would have booked it again for 2023. The house needs a "DEEP" cleaning, but did not interfere with our stay. We were fortunate that the weather stayed nice enough that the pool was warm, since it is solar heated. We can't wait to stay there again in 2024.

Cleaning could have been done better as overall house cleaning was not great.
Light bulbs out in many bulbs. Should be checked in between visits.
Ceiling fans very dirty.
Master bedroom advertised as king and was actually a queen bed.
Was told matresses were comfortable but they were actually very uncomfortable and old.
Outside light at night near garage and walkway very poor. Only light was inside doorway.
