True bliss awaits you at this peaceful and centrally-located cozy cottage.
Walking distance to public beach, pier and shops, as well as a lazy river where you can rent kayaks to paddle your way down stream to Tawas Bay in Lake Huron and back. Lots of outdoor space for relaxing by the fire pit or eating on the raised back patio. Quiet neighborhood is perfect for walks, bike rides and just enjoying the sounds of nature. Relax or play, this cottage is perfect for your mood.
The space
Three bikes and three inflatable kayaks are available and stored on the enclosed front porch for your use. Please use at own discretion.

FREE popcorn with 16 different seasonings to try.
Keurig Coffee pot with FREE coffee, creamer, sugar and tea!
Marshmallow skewers provided to make smores while burning a fire in the fire pit.
Turkish style beach towels are provided for guests to use.
Fully furnished one bedroom home with stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer, towels, sheets and supplies. Internet service included. There is a fire pit out back with wood to burn. There is a cozy patio with table and chairs out back.

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Tawas! Everything was as advertised. We were close to town and the State Park. We went to the beach a couple of days. We went to Lumberman's Monument and a few of the restaurants. We participated in Tawas Summerfest with our Camaro and even took a couple of the Aliens to the car cruise. Lots of spectators enjoyed our Alien passengers!Melissa has thought of everything to make sure you have an enjoyable stay!

Adorable little getaway in the perfect location! I couldn’t be happier with our stay. I highly recommend you ride the bikes to Neiman’s in the morning for a donut, then eat it on the beach! My only heads up would be if you’re avid coffee drinkers, you might want to bring your full size coffee pot. There is a keurig and a small coffee pot that makes a couple of cups at a time, but didn’t last us very long. Thanks for going above and beyond with all of your special and thoughtful touches

This place is so fun and cute and the host really has thought of everything. We didn't have to bring a lot, most things were supplied and more. Host is very communicative and the house has been updated beautifully and is very clean. We had great weather and a very pleasant stay. We even walked into town and back from the property.
