A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to your home away from home — a beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in the award-winning Terra Verde Resort, only 6 miles to Disney World, 11 miles to SeaWorld, and 15 miles to Universal.
The backyard is the star: a private pool and spa on a premium south-facing conservation lot with no rear neighbors. Soak up the Florida sun all day on the extended pool deck, then unwind in the screened lanai as the evening cools. A 24-hour manned gate keeps the resort secure and quiet.
Inside, the home sleeps 8 comfortably:
- King master suite with en-suite bath
- Queen master suite with en-suite bath
- Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds
- Third full bathroom
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar plus a separate dining area, and the living room and games room (with pool table) give the whole family room to spread out. Six smart TVs, free cable, free WiFi, and free parking throughout.
All Terra Verde resort amenities are included free: clubhouse, arcade, theater, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, playground, mini golf, fitness center, heated community pool and hot tub, and a tiki bar — all just a short walk up the street.
The details:
• Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM — arrive at 6, 8, whenever suits you, no need to ask! Check-out by 10:00 AM
- Pool heat available on request in cooler months (flat $30/night); the spa only heats when pool heat is on
A grill can be rented upon request for your stay.
- $25 gate pass per car, charged by Terra Verde Resort
- Super Walmart 2 miles away; Orlando International Airport (MCO) about 33 minutes
- No smoking, no pets, no parties — maximum 4 cars
We'd love to make our house your vacation home. Book soon — our calendar fills fast!
Just inside the front door you'll find our guest guide book with the WiFi network and password, important phone numbers, and recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and the theme parks.

The house was very nice and extremely comfortable. Nice amenities like reclining sofa, adjustable bed, on suites for the two main bedrooms. Plenty of towels, hair dryers, etc. The private pool was great!! (I really appreciated having the handrail.) And there were plenty of comfortable seating options to sit or lounge. It really felt like home away from home there. The hosts look to be very nice, fun people that tried to think of everything to make the stay perfect. If I had to make a picky suggestion, maybe new pool cues for the pool table. The larger bowls were nice but not good for the microwave. But other than that, I could not have enjoyed the house more. Thank you for all the attention to detail to make this place so nice!

Tucked away in the western edge of Kissimmee. This typical holiday villa was comfortable and accessible to the Disney parks. Universal a little further. The wildlife was a surprise but as the pool area is netted on a few small lizards got in.
The furniture and rooms were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, but appliances needed a bit of getting used to. The Games room was a hit with the boys and we enjoyed our stay.
