Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #303, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and beautiful furnishings throughout.
Bedding Includes: 2 Full Beds in Master, King, 2 twins
Beginning in early 2027, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! The overall access to the beach was good. The living quarters were nice. Adequate cooking utensils but somewhat lacking. Good view and nice sleeping arrangement. Nice yard and pool provisions area with furnished gas grills. Walk access to several island favorite seafood restaurants. Nice place and do recommend!

Condo very comfortable and spacious. my friends and I had a good stay. Only downside was getting to the beach through the dunes for older ladies.

The condo had been recently refurbished and everything looks beautiful. The only detail that wasn't addressed was the outdoor patio furniture being dirty, but everything inside the condo was clean and well appointed. There is an easy walk from the property to the beach. The property is adjacent to a public beach which got very crowded and loud, but the beach is so long and wide that there are many areas to explore. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our weekend!
