Brand new modern home. Listing is for the entire walk out basement. Home is in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking sunset views. Designer furnishings will make you feel welcome and at home. Comfortable beds and linens provide a restful nights sleep. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a family meal. Dedicated work space to work while away. Large backyard to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This home is bright, airy, and inviting to all including your precious pets.

Overall experience was good. The view was incredible and the host was very quick to respond. Just to let everyone know, something that isn’t obvious on the listing, the Vrbo is in the lower level of the house. You will not have the whole house to yourself.

The basement property was realy nice. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the stairs down to it. It was not mentioned it was a basement apartment and that there are 14 stairs. I have balance issues. The stairs were a challenge. Once down them things were OK. I would recommend a grab bar in the walk-in shower. It is a very nice shower, but it would have been nice to have a bar to hold onto.

Had a great stay here for a wedding. House was well stocked and very cozy. The host was easy to get ahold of and a great communicator. Can’t beat the views from this place. 7 of us stayed, and we all had more then enough room. Felt spacious and cozy. Would stay again!
