Located just three blocks from the Uptown Shopping District and close to SR 89A, you'll enjoy easy access to Sedona's best restaurants, boutiques, jeep tours, bike rentals, nightlife, and world-famous hiking and biking trails — all within minutes of your front door.
Offering 2,600 square feet, this single-level house features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to nine guests.
Entering the home through the front door, you'll step into the open floor plan great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Large surrounding windows showcase beautiful red rock views while filling the space with natural light, creating the perfect setting for gathering with family and friends after a day of exploring Sedona.
Living Room: Enjoy modern furnishings including a spacious leather sectional, 85” Smart TV, decorative (non-functional) fireplace, and expansive view-filled windows that bring Sedona's natural beauty indoors.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with black stainless steel appliances, spacious quartz counters, and a convenient kitchen island with seating for six. Whether preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the trails or gathering for a family dinner, this kitchen offers plenty of space for everyone.
Separate dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for nine.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom— California king bed, 55” Smart TV, private access to the backyard, and peaceful views. The private bathroom features a makeup vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 - California king bed, 55” Smart TV. The En suite bathroom features a shower.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, 35” Smart TV, and access to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Excellent property. Clean and well appointed. Quiet and restful, great for stargazing, walking distance to much of Sedonna shops, restaurants, and museums.

Great stay! This property was amazing! Don’t let the reviews about construction fool you, we had no issues! The hot tub was great as well! Loved it!

The house, comfortable beds, huge kitchen & living area were great! The location made it over the top - Can walk to food & shops.

The house was nice. No complaints there. However, there was a parking garage being built directly adjacent to the house and at 6:30am on my wedding trip, we were all woken by jackhammering. This wasn’t unexpected or unpredictable. It was a parking garage that had been under construction for months. It should have been noted in the description and for sure, the price should have been adjusted. I’ve told Sedona.org about the experience and have just received apologies. No refund of any kind or amount. I’m just disappointed that a wonderful weekend was tarnished by something that could have been communicated.
