Pet-friendly for quiet, well-behaved dogs. This is a duplex, so pets must be suitable for a shared-building environment. Either up to two (2) small dogs (each up to 25 lbs / 11 kg) or one (1) medium dog (26–50 lbs / 12–23 kg) is permitted. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to owner's allergies.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
