4) Any damage caused to the house or property must be reported and will be charged.
5) In case of a fire, please evacuate the house.
6) Smoking any substances on the property or inside the house is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes and tobacco. A fee of $50.0 USD applies if smoking is detected indoors.
7) Leaving any items or objects with the host is not allowed.
8) Pets are allowed but are the owner’s responsibility.
9) SEX TRAFFICKING AND DRUG TRAFFICKING ARE CRIMES. ALL DRUG ABUSE, TRAFFICKING OF MINORS, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS
