This private 800 square feet, ground level apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for up to four guests:
→ 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed & thick mattress
→ A standard sized Pack`n`Play is also available
→ 1 private full bathroom with basic toiletries.
→ Comfortable living area
→ Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and dining table
→ Wi‑Fi, Ethernet connection, TV, and a dedicated workspace
→ Split-system AC, heating, ceiling fan, and portable fans
→ Washer and dryer available in the exterior side walkway
→ Private entrance, patio/balcony, and self check-in with keypad
→ One on-site parking space for a compact vehicle; street parking is available nearby

Phoebe was our host and she was very responsive to calls the place was clean and felt like home, the price is reasonable and comparable to other places but this place was close to all kinds of places to shop. I would definitely book this place again when I return to the area!

My Host is a very kind lady, my experience with this place was very comfortable and had easy access to shopping, I would recommend staying here if you are ever passing through or visiting nearby

Parking was real tight. Location was great. Was able to walk to a grocery store and gas station. Neighborhood was quiet, and I felt safe. House was clean and roomy.

This stay was okay. The location was great for all the things we wanted to do in this area. The host was good and responsive. The host provided code and information prior to our arrival which was very helpful. They also ensured we were able to access the home. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the poor internet service, there was an upstairs apartment and the people were very noise and we could here everything outside. It would be good to have the same bed type in both rooms so that family members to not feel slighted. The bedding had stains on them. The kitchen frying pans need to be updated as the Teflon was all scratched and not safe to cook on. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to run the heating units in the bedrooms. It was cold due to the rain and we could not figure out how to turn on the heat to heat up the rooms. So thankful for the extra blankets in the rooms. The room had a broken massage chair and needed to be setup a little differently, possible different furniture to help make the home cozy. All in all, we had a good visit to this area.
