This spacious, beachfront, two bedroom, two and a half bathroom seventh floor condo is a perfect place to spend a family vacation. It features a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and adjacent dining area with seating for six. Tastefully decorated throughout and with countless upgrades, this peaceful retreat is a great spot to enjoy your SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort vacation.
Enjoy the fresh gulf breezes off the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your roomy private balcony overlooking one of the nicest beaches among Destin and South Walton's renowned sugar white sand beaches. Then take the elevator down to a refreshing day by the expansive resort style pool complete with separate kiddie pool, and hot tub area not to mention the seasonal snack bar that is an easy hassle free option for lunch or drinks. Or head out to your choice of one of many adventures on the resort or around the Destin area.
At the end of your fun filled day, relax in the nice living area with a large flat screen TV and upgraded sleeper sofa, or one of the two roomy bedrooms. This condo is perfect for two adult couples or even families with small children, because there is space in either bedroom for a pack and play next to the bed. Just finished our trip with 4 small children, my husband and myself. We really enjoyed our time on vacation and this rental is the primary reason why! We were able to do some cooking to save money on food and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very clean with hot water and awesome water pressure. Pillows were nice and beds were a little creaky but very soft. Lots of space to spread out and an incredible view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the gorgeous views. The heated pool was broken for the first couple of days of our trip and slightly chilly but once they fixed it the pool was so warm it was incredible. The palm trees surrounding the pool with a view of the ocean when you’re walking past the fountains was just amazing. Great hot tub a super warm kiddie pool. Felt like a total tropical vacation despite it being March. Easy access to the beach with no steps which is unusual for the Destin area! Loved the covered and well lit, safe, parking garage. There are a lot of entrance codes to all of the gates but once you save and get the hang of it it’s no trouble at all! We will be back!

All was great except for the condo not being cleaned before our arrival. Upon reaching out to the manager, it was done that evening and very thoroughly

The unit was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. Communication with owner was prompt, complete and helpful. This was a great experience for the entire family.
