Majestic Sun 1007B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the tenth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.
Upon entering this updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 4 while the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The master king suite and private bathroom. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children, and a full bathroom off the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This condo can be reserved alone or with the adjoining condo, 1006B. This vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.
At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. We absolutely loved it!! The room was perfect for our little family. We loved the view and had great space for a family of 5. The resort was the best! VERY Short walk to beach. Perfect pool set up with one indoors when the kids had enough sun for the day! The elevators were fast and never waited long at all. Some special things we particularly were grateful for was the hand soap being regular dispenser soap and not a bar (if you have kids you know), the room was right by the elevators and trash chutes, so no long walk! Also the ice cream shop on the first floor! We will definitely book again at majestic sun!

The condo was wonderful and clean. We weren’t in it much except to sleep or shower but we loved every bit of our stay.

The property was really great. Mostly everything was in good shape and kept up. The bed is in need of a mattress replacement honestly. It is getting really worn down and uneven. It rolls toward the middle. Not good for folks that need back support. Everything else was good. The frig did leak some water in the front at the first day or so when we got there but after that,it stopped. All in all, nice place but that bed is important especially if guests are there a week or close to it.
