Overall the place was pretty good and matched the photos in the listing. It was a good view of the water and close walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay! Our main frustration stemmed from the welcome packet. It was supposed to be in the room but was missing, which wasn’t a major issue. We called the help line and they said they would drop off the packet (parking passes, wifi password etc) in the morning. I requested they please let us know when they plan to drop it off. We went to breakfast the next morning, and when we returned we realized someone entered the property and left the packet among our belongings without communicating a timeframe or confirmation of dropoff, which made my family a bit uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed at The Breakers many times. It’s truly one of the best locations in the area. This particular unit was updated and comfortable. I’d note that the floors were not very clean though. They looked clean to the eye, but within 10 minutes of being in the room, the soles of our feet were noticeably dirty. I would not let that keep me from renting this unit again though. One thing future renters should be aware of is that you’ll need to plan on bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels as there was one roll per restroom and one roll of paper towels. Publix is nearby so not a huge deal at all, but worth mentioning. All in all, I’d rent this unit again

Great location and clean. Towel bars in bathroom need to be fixed. Toilet in second bathroom does not flush well, we mostly used mater bathroom.

Sheets don't fit mattresses. old beds rickety. no ice day and half . wait on repair man lost a day of trip. need new beds and linen before I would recommend.
