This apartment, located in a small 3-storey residence, set back from the road and in a quiet area, is in the immediate vicinity of Morzine resort centre. Once on site, no vehicle is needed!
Located in the attractive village of Morzine, this beautiful, comfortable and bright apartment benefits from a privileged location near the heart of the village while being set back from the road and in a quiet area.
You will be able to fully enjoy your stay in the region and the many activities offered in the surrounding area, summer and winter:

- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub, shower screen and washbasin with storage unit

A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and mini oven as well as a refrigerator with freezer compartment

A French window giving access to the ground floor terrace with its garden furniture and barbecue. Facing South-West and South-East

Nice little property, tucked away off the main road and by a great restaurant/bar - Le Local.

Had a good time during our stay. Close to bus stops to get to lifts easily. Supermarket close by for supplies. Also, some fantastic restaurants nearby, which you should definitely try out if you stay!

Seating and dining area lovely, also the patio area. Bedrooms were good too even if the double bedroom was a bit small. Good size bathroom.
The facilities in the kitchen. A proper oven which is wired in not a tiny portable oven. The electrics are dangerous with the extension lead behind the sink. Also there´s an extension lead under the sink. There are too many appliances running off extension leads. Power blew twice due to overloading. Not enough room to hang dripping clothes. There are some hooks in the bathroom but you have to be at least 6ft tall to reach them.
