As soon as you walk in you will be taken away by the ocean views, large open floor plan and modern kitchen. This is a Freshly Remodeled HUGE 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with new paint, porcelain tile, furniture, appliances, cabinets, counter tops, etc. The long 715 square foot wrap around balcony offers plenty of seating and a several tables for outdoor dining as well as breath taking views. Fun, beachy decor gives a relaxing, happy atmosphere. Master suite is oceanfront and boasts a king sized sealey I series pillow top bed, lots of closet space and flat screen cable TV. The Master Bath has new vanity, sink, faucet, and granite counter top as well as a gorgeous glass shower. The Second huge bedroom has two Queen sized beds with 4"foam toppers, plenty of closet space, and flat screen HD cable TV. Our stay at this elegant property was truly memorable. The wraparound balcony delivered stunning panoramic views of the beach and city, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. The hammock was a delightful touch, ideal for peaceful naps. The room’s amenities impressed—spacious refrigerator, excellent television, remarkably comfortable beds, and a shower with strong water pressure. The owner swiftly resolved our only issue with professionalism.However, the building’s elevators were poorly ventilated and frequently broke down, forcing us to climb 11 flights of stairs. While cigarette smoke from unit 1702 occasionally wafted onto our balcony, and we detected marijuana odors in the area, the source of the latter was unclear. These building-related drawbacks slightly marred an otherwise exceptional stay at this remarkable condo.

Excellent view, Great layout. A/C only goes down to 72 and then in the middle of the night resets to 75/76. Contacted property manager and they adjusted it remotely. Then a day later I heard a knock on the door twice, Then it opened and the property manager just walked in while I was standing there in my tshirt and underwear. He looked at me and said I’m here to check the ac. It is not ok to walk into a unit while it’s rented out without messaging and or calling the guest first. I don’t care how many times you knocked. So if I wasn’t there and didn’t witness it then you think its ok for you to do?? Our belongings and everything are in the unit. What if my spouse and I were doing marital things???? Totally felt like the Tim Curry scene in Home Alone 2. Totally ridiculous. Other than that the rest is amazing.
