This is a beautiful Cottage that has been professionally renovated for the 2018 season! You have no shared walls, your own private entrance and everything is yours to use from the work station, 55inch 4k tv, washer and dryer, built-in library, incredibly large marble with glass subway tile shower and a great kitchen setup for cooking everything you can desire there is even a small fenced yard and absolutely no shared spaces for anything with this home.
Everything within the cottage is yours to use.

“Immaculate Downtown Cottage” WAS .Cozy, clean, all utensils and cook ware were provided. Nice location for neighborhood walking and close to downtown. Lovely outdoor, private sitting area; nice windows and comfortable arrangements. Surrounded by trees and felt private, also safe. Would definitely come again even though I have family here to stay with. A private retreat !

Overall the cottage was just fine for my needs during a quick work trip. I appreciated the location and how private, peaceful, and quiet the area was. The reason for giving 3 stars is for a few things that I wish weren’t part of the experience. The AC unit noise increased with each night, and rattled so loud I could hear it through earplugs. The bed sheets did not fit the mattress, and each corner needed to be refitted pretty often. There were smashed dead bugs/moths on the walls and window in the bathroom which were hard not to notice, the bathroom cleanliness was just not great. The dishes in the cupboard weren’t very clean, with dried coffee inside mugs. There were only coffee filters for an 8-12 cup pot but the cottage coffee maker is a 4cup pot. Making coffee meant buying different filters from the store. All of these things are easy fixes so I hope it was just an isolated experience for me and others won’t have the same conditions.
