For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer in Arc 1800, book this duplex 3 rooms apartment with a South facing balcony.
This 54 sq-m apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and is situated on the 3rd floor of the residence Aiguille Grive 2, residence with lift.
The sleeping arrangements
On the mezzanine, you'll find :
A first bedroom with 2 single beds (80).
A second bedroom with a double bed (140).
In the sleeping area, a set of bunk beds (80). Please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 year old.
The open plan kitchen
Is fully equipped with a micro-wave, an ove, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.
Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with bathtub and a separated toilet.
Additionnal facilities
A TV in the living-room.

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
During the winter, the car parks are compulsory and fee-paying.

The shuttle buses are free during the winter and the summer and circulate every 20 minutes the winter and every hour in the summer.
At the bottom of the residence, you will find a bakery.
The nearest supermarket and the ESF are situated at 7 minutes by foot, in the Villards’ village.
You'll also reach the Tourisme Office and the medical center about 20 minutes' walk or with the shuttle buses.
