This condo has been newly decorated with King size bed, NEW 50" flat screen mounted TV, linens, sofa sleeper.
Islander 352 offers Ocean Views from the third floor, this complex is very quiet, just open up the doors and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
This studio has a King size bed and twin sofa sleeper to accommodate 3 guests. We provide all linens for your stay including bath and pool/beach towels for you! This studio is equipped with beach chairs and a cooler for easy use around the island!
The kitchenette is equipped with a half refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils for basic meals! We get you started with paper goods like paper towels, dish soap, sponge and a few rolls of toilet paper, then you take it from there!
This studio has AC, 50" TV, and free WiFi! There are no resort fees and parking is Free! Come relax in the comfort of your own Home Away from Home at the beloved Islander on the Beach 352! Kauai is calling!
Note: This condo is not part of the Aston Hotel, meaning there is no resort fee associated. Daily housekeeping is Not provided, and guests are not able to use the on-site laundry facilities. A perfect spot overlooking the ocean from the 3rd floor with a nice little lanai. A good breeze comes through at times to help the AC (which was intermittent). The room is small, but clean and efficient. Just what we wanted. The bed is comfortable and spacious. Microwave, streaming TV, mini fridge, room safe, plates, utensils, etc. shower worked well. Close to Lava Lava restaurant and Coconut Marketplace. Responsive host. Will definitely re-book.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Kauai and would definitely consider staying here again. The location was excellent, with plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, and options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it easy and convenient to enjoy the area.The unit itself was comfortable and had a beautiful ocean-view setting. During our stay, the air conditioner stopped working, but the host was very responsive and had it repaired within two days. We appreciated the quick communication and effort to resolve the issue. There were also extra fans available, which helped while the repair was being completed.A couple of minor improvements could make the stay even better. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working and could use repair. It would also be helpful to provide a mop, as the oceanfront environment can lead to sand and dirt being tracked in, and we like to keep the property clean and well cared for during our stay. We would also appreciate having additional towels available, especially since there is no washer and dryer unit in the room. If guests do not book directly through Islander on the Beach, having an extra set of sheets available would be a nice addition as well.The rooms are beginning to show their age and could benefit from some updates and freshening up, but overall the property was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.Overall, we would rate our experience 4.5 out of 5 stars. We had a great time and would happily return in the future.
