The apartment is located at the end of Viale Turati, which connects the railway station area to the historic Cappuccini Church; the vital center of the city of Lecco, the avenue houses numerous commercial services, such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and historic activities such as the Pastificio Emiliano, a reference point for lovers of fresh pasta and first courses ready to be cooked in the oven. Near the apartment there are numerous parking lots, many of which are free and without time limits.
The entrance is located on the second floor of the building: it opens onto a living area with open kitchen, dining table and sofa in front of the television, beautiful view of Monte San Martino; the sleeping area consists of two large independent bedrooms with large wardrobes: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (possibly adaptable to a double bed) plus a third pull-out bed also equipped with a high and comfortable mattress, and access to a small terrace; the bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Recently renovated, the spaces have been designed to offer a comfortable stay: double-glazed windows, air conditioning in both rooms, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and mattresses, and everything you need for a complete stay: kitchen equipped with dishes for cooking and dining, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and relative milk frother for cappuccino, comfortable sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, ironing board and ironing board iron. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
