Shores of Panama is currently undergoing an exterior stucco renovation project through 2026. During your stay, you may see construction equipment/personnel and some areas of the resort may occasionally be affected. Daytime construction noise may also occur at times. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.

Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Sunchaser, Condo 1729 is located on the 17th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes and 8 RFID amenity armbands for your group.
Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Sunchaser #1729 is a spacious 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. This gorgeous condo will blow you away with all the details! A large wrap-around balcony gives you million-dollar views from east to west! Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and some beach toys are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
