The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).
- Villa Features -
Ocean Tower 306 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath located on the 3rd floor, directly facing the pool and ocean.
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, private 5-piece bath with deep tub, double sinks, walk-in shower, and a sliding door that leads to a lanai with views of the golf course and mountains.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed.
- Third Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request).
Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- Spacious dining table for 8
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

Guests of the Beach Villas enjoy full access to all the resort’s amenities:
- Two swimming pools and three spas
- BBQ grills around the pools
- Fitness center with separate men’s and women’s showers, steam rooms, and lockers
- 24/7 front desk and on-site security
- On-site parking
**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.
We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).
The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future. Another great stay at Lagoon 2 for our family. This unit was our 6th experience and one of the nicest in terms of furniture and cleanliness.Really liked private location right out of the elevator with no other unit doors near by (they are around the corner from the elevator entrance). I would suggest walking through the garage to elevators closer to the unit vs taking the closest elevator to the parking stall and walking up through the lobby and all the way around the pool, etc. it saves so much more time.Stocked with beach gear, which my kids LOVED!The washer and dryer are a little troublesome but that was the only hiccup, I’m sure if we had called they would have come to look at it, but we didn’t want to bother with it.

Super clean and comfortable with all of the necessities. Easy walk to pool and beaches. Felt like home away from home.

We booked a last minute vacation and enjoyed every minute of it. My mother in law is battling stage 4 cancer and really wanted to spend quality time with us before she started chemo again. Thank you for making it a vacation we’ll never forget!!
