Enjoyed our stay at Southern Dunes Villa! Home, pool and location were wonderful, just as described. Short jaunt to groceries and Walmart store. Golfing close by too. Pier 27 venue a new addition to the area is a must see!

We spent five weeks at this property, and were delighted with our stay. The villa is very clean and comfortable, and overlooks the golf course, which is beautifully maintained. We were especially pleased with the very prompt service we received from the property managers, Florida International. Any questions we had were answered within minutes to an hour. Southern Dunes is conveniently located within easy walking distance to Walmart. Two favorite spots to shop are Publix and Bealls. There are many shops and restaurants within short driving distance. We also enjoy walking the lovely neighborhood of Southern Dunes. We have stayed at Southern Dunes on five prior occasions, and have always enjoyed our stays. We highly recommend it!
