Nestled amongst two ancient banyan trees, The Little Sandy rests on a quiet tropical street, phenomenally located just one block from the best beach in America! Take a look at the map...we're only 400 feet away from the beach access!
Not only are we super-close to the beach, but we're only 1.5 blocks to town...close enough to make it a quick walk, without having to deal with the crowds, all day...and all night!
Inside, the sun-filled rooms are tastefully decorated in tropical chic. White plantation shutters, sea-foam walls and a southwestern exposure bathes everything in a soft, beautiful sunlight.
There's plenty of space for the kids and the open plan kitchen makes mealtime a breeze. Hi-speed Wi-Fi will keep you in close contact with the rest of the world, but we won't tell anyone if you turn it off!
It can be hard to find a spot for your car on Siesta Key, but we've got you covered with dedicated parking out front. Still, with a location like this, flip-flops are bound to be your preferred method of transport!
When you're ready to explore, it's just a quick wander down to the soft powder of America's #1 beach for an afternoon of sea and sand. Look out over the turquoise Gulf and dig your toes into Siesta's world-famous quartz sand.
If you feel like "staying in," check out the lovely and tranquil pool. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Read a novel, finish that screenplay...plan your escape.
In the evening, a hot shower and a short, pleasant walk to the village for drinks, laughs and a great meal.
Stay out late or stroll back in the moonlight with an ice cream cone.

VK is a kind & receptive host! Location is great! We don’t bring a car. Grocery delivery. Walk to town, beach & playground. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels & wagon provided are very appreciated! Use pool every day & love it! Condo clean & well stocked. We will be back

Over all the stay was good. The place was able to sleep 6. But I would not suggest 6 adults. The living room area really only sat 3 comfortably. Amenities said there was grill, there was no grill. We picked up are groceries prior to getting to place assuming there was a grill. It was a waste of 150 worth of steaks. The shed that was shown with all the beach stuff no longer exists. We got a wagon and some chairs and an umbrella that was stuffed under the stairs. I do understand they had a hurricane but a grill and beach stuff is an easy fix. Also the pool is not heated (they never said it was I assumed) so the temp was like 68-70 degrees really not warm enough to totally enjoy

This is a great location for access to the beach and the village! The pool is beautiful and the condo is roomy. We had a problem with the newly installed AC unit but once VK (the owner) was notified of the issue, he contacted the repair company immediately and a leak in the unit was fixed promptly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would plan to stay again if I returned to this piece of paradise!

We had our children and grandkids to Siesta Key for a family trip. We stayed in another unit last year and loved the Twin Banyon Condos. We were lucky to find VK and Liz’s place above the other unit so everyone was there. This location is great for going the beach and village. It is a fantastic unit with everything that you need. Wagon, chairs, unbrella, beach toys towels…etc…. Beds are comfortable and there is fast internet and a new TV as well. Having a cold 6 pack of Coronas in the fidge was a nice touch after traveling in. VK called when we arrived to check that all was well and gave me an update on restaurants and local shopping. We definitely would stay again.
