This home is the perfect stay for anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood in the enclave of the Burbank Hills. The Home is fully upgraded with new furniture and appliances. Accommodates up to 3 guests. Comes with a Small refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster. Queen bed, Sofa bed, Smart TV with Roku and Wifi. Near shops, restaurants, grocery stores, WARNER BROS, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD, LA Zoo, Disneyland, LA Observatory and we are located near various Hiking Trails!

This was a really amazing stay! Everything was so nice, communication was clear and easy, and the space was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Would highly recommend! The only thing worth noting is that the parking spot is a bit tight, but it’s a great little space for a compact car!

This cute place is the perfect combination of convenience and affordability. The host was welcoming and responsive. Having a parking spot was great. We had everything we needed. The host even provided a bottle of wine, some snacks, and cold waters! Perfect after a long day of travel. Plenty of towels too. They even made up the futon for us. The washer and dryer were nice to have. When looking at the pictures, the picture where the couch is on the left is showing the back door. So when you walk in, the bathroom is on the left, the bedroom is straight ahead and the Living room and kitchen are on the right. This will be my go-to place whenever I'm in Burbank for sure!
