Family friendly. Comfortable pull out couch. Lacking drawer space-will need to be able/willing to live out of suitcases. Centrally located.

Was close to Zilker, had good shops nearby, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable place

Great value and offered what we needed. Communication with host was excellent.

Property is well located, but that is about the best thing. Furniture is stained, bathtub/shower is in bad need of new faucets and caulking. Toilet seems shaky and runs every so often. Basically the place feels a bit run down, and it shows. Needs TLC.
