Upstairs, the accommodation zone offers a rejuvenating atmosphere with a simple palette of contrasting tones, with a glimpse of Mount Martha.

Blending a zoned layout with open-plan living, a front-facing lounge preserves privacy beyond tinted windows before introducing the hub of this lovely home. Designed with the summertime entertainer in mind, warm hues cast across a stone-topped kitchen extend through glass sliders onto timber decking. The house is on a residential street with permanent residents, so we only rent to mature guests who will be respectful of our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
