Excellent location, lovely cottage and had a wonderful time away. Would definitely stay here again. Have nothing negative to say.

The house was perfect for our short stay in Keswick. Very spacious, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It's a short walk into the centre of Keswick, which has everything you could want for an easy day mooching around town. Also a great base for the whole north lakes area.

Probably the nicest cottage we have stayed in for many years.
Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The small sunny garden was a bonus!

Well equipped house in a great location. Beds were comfy and it was very quiet.
Slightly comfier sofas to relax in after a hard days walking would be my only suggestion.
