Property was extremely clean and beds/linens were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could imagine you would need. The hot tub was super clean and everything works on it. Future visitors should know the second bathroom is down a set of narrow stairs and those with mobility issues may have some difficulty. For those that are coming for the river access, this property is like an easy 5-10 min walk. You will find multiple locations to hangout and is much less crowded than Johnson beach on the other side. We loved it! We would definitely rent this property again. While we didn't bring our dog this time, the yard is fully fenced and secure. Lastly, this house caters to kids with the arcade, table tennis, and horse shoes.

The Dyana is a very special place. The home is comfortable, perfectly clean, has everything we needed for our weekend as well as so many surprise fun elements. At every turn there was something fun and unique to enjoy. Best of all was getting to wake up and look through the skylights up to the tops of the redwood trees towering above us. We will be back!
