Located in the vibrant Eixample district, you'll be surrounded by stunning Modernist architecture, charming cafés, and top-rated restaurants. The apartment blends style and comfort, featuring exposed brick walls, parquet floors, and modern furnishings. With an elevator for easy access, it’s the ideal spot to experience the magic of Gaudí and the essence of Barcelona.
The Space
We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cozy 50 m² apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:
✔ Bathroom essentials: Shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper.
✔ Fully equipped kitchen: Utensils, dishes, coffee maker, and microwave for quick meals.
✔ Fresh linens and towels for all guests.
✔ Baby crib available upon request.

House Rules:
🚫 No groups under 25 years old – We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. Families are very welcome!
🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
Check-in Fees:
To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees help fairly compensate the staff member who will be coming in on their personal time to ensure the best possible check-in experience for you.
🕗 After 8:00 PM: €40 late arrival fee.
🌙 After 12:00 AM: €60 late arrival fee.
📅 Sundays & public holidays: €40 fee.
Tourist Tax in Barcelona:
🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests 16 years and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to change based on government decisions.

Good location right next to the metro. 12€ cab to the beach. The room has almost everything you would need. Alex, the property manager, is fantastic. He’s very friendly, has great communication and provides great recommendations around the area. Quite clean (although there was a cheetoh stain on the pullout bed sheet) and it was a bit dusty in areas. Could improve by providing soap in the bathroom to wash hands (there is soap in the kitchen, but not very hygienic to have to open the bathroom door before washing hands). Also a bit odd that there are 4 single beds and no double beds for couples but it was as advertised, so not really complaining more just to point that out (you can’t push them together too well because of their frames). The pullout bed in the couch is broken as it detaches from the couch when you pull it out, but it still functions as intended once setup.
