You are in the basement so there was some noise overhead. Parking is on the street, close to the stop sign and there was others parked in front of the house when I needed to park. Overall nice place, clean, close to hwy 16. Bed was very comfortable!

Very loud upstairs, not good if you need a good night rest and an early morning.
