My husband, teenage daughter and I loved this home. We staying during our Spring Break and the weather was perfect. We did have to pool heated for an extra charge but it was well worth it. The home was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels and they even had beach towels for the pool. We loved being able to use the garage. The outdoor area was like an oasis. I loved all of the palm trees and other plants and decor. We had great communication with the manager. We would rent again.

This property was amazing. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. The backyard pool and patio were truly an oasis—perfect mix of sun and shade options, great pool, lots of floaties available from the homeowners, just really pleasant place to hang out all hours of the day. The home was clean and well-appointed. We traveled with a family of 5 adults and everyone had plenty of space. I was also very pleased with the property manager—she provided access information well in advance so we didn’t have any problems sharing it in advance with family we were meeting there, which has been a problem for me in the past when owners won’t send the access info until right at check in time (like when I was on a plane and others arrived earlier). Highly recommended this property!
